How do we move through challenges and difficult times?

The stories that our body is holding around how to meet challenges inform how we show up, when things are difficult, also in our business. Our body memory, our life experiences and our trauma influence our choices and our state of being. Today I wanted to share a few thoughts about how we can meet ourselves in a way that is more supportive than holding our breath and pushing through the difficult times and experiences. Practicing self-support is an important part of practicing embodiment, both in our everyday lives and as entrepreneurs.
