- 1 intro session (75 minutes)
- An introduction for new clients into somatic healing; a gentle, guided way of reconnecting with the body to heal old inner wounds and shift emotions, energies, patterns, and beliefs that are stuck in the body and nervous system after experiencing trauma.
- An intro session gives you the opportunity to feel into the way I work in 1:1 sessions; my style, my tools, my energy, my way of offering support. And it gives me the chance to learn about who you are and how I can best support you.
- If you want, I will share my take on supportive next steps and priorities for you
This spring offer is valid for either:
– 1 somatic healing session
or
– 1 embodied mentoring session for healers, space holders, and creatives
The session is online via Zoom.
