Embodied Mentoring sessions are for those who feel drawn to slowing down and leaning into a gentle conversation with the body — listening to the body’s signals, subtle expressions, and felt knowing. This is a space for anchoring, exploring, and tuning into clarity and alignment, in a felt way. This kind of gentle, deep listening can help us sense the layers beneath the surface and the day-to-day overthinking and tune into deeper layers of inner clarity, direction, and aliveness.
A soft space to practice meeting yourself, your needs, and your next steps with kindness, curiosity, and self-compassion.
A session can look like:
🕯️ Gently reconnecting with your body, your needs, your boundaries, your capacity
🕯️ Exploring a work/life decision from the body (sensing alignment, resistance, next steps)
🕯️ Resourcing before a creative step or work decision (finding steadiness you can return to)
🕯️ Sitting with a should vs what feels alive (tuning into both to see what each path asks of you)
🕯️ Finding the most resourced place in you right now — letting that part lead your next step
