Description
These sessions are for highly sensitive women in midlife who are looking for body-based support in navigating their HSP needs and everyday. A session is a gentle space to reconnect with your body and with yourself and tune into your needs and boundaries in a felt way.
The Embodied Mentoring is rooted in somatic tools and practices that help you stay connected to and present with yourself, as you are navigating life as a highly sensitive person. We will stay curious around your relationship with yourself and focus on cultivating self-supportive and sustainable practices and patterns that can support your everyday choices, experiences, and interactions.
Together, we slow down and tune into your current reality as an HSP and how you might tend to yourself in this season of your life.
Embodied practices in sessions over time might look like:
- Slowing down and reconnecting with your body
- Resourcing yourself and building capacity in your nervous system for navigating overwhelm
- Tuning into your needs and boundaries
- Cultivating self-compassion around your HSP needs
- Honouring and celebrating the natural gifts of your high sensitivity
