The LIMINAL Circle
LIMINAL is an Embodied Leadership Circle for women founders, leaders, and changemakers who are navigating a season of change, uncertainty, or deep transformation. Wise women who are longing to slow down, anchor into soft and steady support, and tune into felt knowing and clarity to support them in navigating the decisions and challenges in front of them. Kind women whose work help create real change in the world. Inspiring women who are tired of the old ways and who want their leadership work to be and feel deeply human – grounded, connected, attuned.
LIMINAL is an intentional space of deepening your connection with yourself as a leader / changemaker and sharpening your understanding of your direction and next steps. The circle is a space of tending and reorienting while you are moving through change.
Clear examples of types of change
incl. in between roles, role changing, new direction, inner longing, change of pace or priorities
The Wisdom of the Sacred In-Between
When we create space to slow down and stay curious about the change in front of us, we can practice being truly present with ourselves, our needs, our longing – and with what might emerge if we allow ourselves to listen deeply to the wisdom of the in-between.
There is a sacredness to the unknown that most of us have forgotten because the demands of modern life keep us constantly moving, never resting, never pausing. LIMINAL invites you to slow down and stay curious about the wisdom that lives in between what has been and what is yet to come.
The curiosity.
The hope.
The new perspectives.
The quietest parts of you.
The knowing deep within you.
The longing that you have ignored for too long.
What path might emerge if you allow yourself to sit with it all and truly listen?
The LIMINAL Circle supports you in:
– slowing down and tuning into the wisdom that lives in your body and nervous system
– reconnecting with your inner compass as a leader, so you can navigate change in grounded, steady ways
– unlearning decision-making patterns of survival and pushing through
– reclaiming the power and possibilities of the unknown
– reorienting towards next steps in your leadership journey that feel aligned, meaningful, joyful, sustainable
What can you expect inside the circle?
* A soft and steady space to anchor into while navigating your season of change as a leader / changemaker
* Simple guided embodiment practices to support your alignment and clarity in your leadership journey
* Facilitated conversations around navigating aligned next steps, rooted in curiosity and felt knowing

Who is LIMINAL for?
The LIMINAL Circle is for women founders, leaders, and changemakers
who are in a season of change, uncertainty, or deep transformation.
Women leading an organization, a team, a community, a project, a movement.
Women supporting and inspiring others in work that is values-driven, a force for good, centers humans and/or the earth, and facilitates deep, sustainable change.
An embodied approach to leadership
This circle is a gentle space to gather with other women leaders and changemakers in midlife who are longing for more embodied presence and aliveness in their work and in their life.
Together, we explore an embodied approach to leadership and changemaking – moving beyond only thinking, analyzing, and performing, and creating space to listen inward, reconnect, and explore leadership from a deeper place. This approach centers the leader as a human – including her felt experience, capacity, embodied decision-making, and well-being.

Your facilitator
Hi, I am Lise.
I am a trauma-informed somatic healing practitioner and an Embodied Leadership mentor. I support heart-led women in midlife in reconnecting with their body and its wisdom, so they can tune into more steadiness, safety, curiosity, and compassion in their inner world.
My somatic healing work creates space for women to sense and attune to their own inner guidance. You are invited to slow down, tune in, and cultivate a deeper connection to yourself and your inner knowing. Together, we practice tuning into presence and clarity in the body and explore how this can bring more depth, intention, and discernment to your life, work, and relationships. This work is quiet, embodied, relational, and gentle and centers connection and care.
I bring decades of experience teaching movement, guiding awareness, and holding space for others. This informs my intuitive approach and how I attune to what each person truly needs.
I work online with clients from all over the world in 1:1 sessions and circles.
I live in Vejle, Denmark. I love spending time in circles and rituals, and I believe in the power of co-creation and community. Also, I am a big fan of hygge, in any form.
I worked with Lise last summer and her guidance has been a game-changer. These are tenuous times, and Lise is a phenomenal resource.

Lise is one of the gentlest, most compassionate, truth-telling guides for connecting with your full self that I have met. I highly recommend anything she offers.
– Amanda
Lise guided me to find clarity in the messiest year of my life. In working with Lise, I experienced complete emotional safety for the first time in my life. It’s an experience that shifted things for me profoundly both in my personal life, as in my professional life as a therapist. She showed me how clear boundaries create safe space and how that enables you to show up whole and imperfectly, which is a gift I value greatly.
Her wisdom and teachings always inspire me towards creating a life I can call my own and towards envisioning a worldview I truly want to contribute to. I am very very grateful to have met her.
– Kirsten
I’ve been in two workshops with Lise and each time I’m taken aback at how deep she leads us and how loved and supported I feel. I particularly respond to her prompt to slow down or move slower. When she offers this I realize my mind may be starting to race or I’m trying to hurry through and her gentle reminder brings me back to the session.
