A quiet space to meet your leadership differently
Leadership is deeply human. It lives in how we meet ourselves — in presence, clarity, and the ability to stay connected in the moments that matter.
Leading does not have to mean pushing through or carrying it all alone. Another way is possible — one that feels steadier, more connected, and deeply human.
In these 1:1 Embodied Leadership mentoring sessions, we explore how leadership can grow from presence, connection to your own inner signals, and relational clarity — so your leadership stays grounded, alive, and aligned with what matters most.
Embodied leadership invites us to:
- Stay connected to ourselves, even in high-pressure moments.
- Listen to the body’s signals when making decisions.
- Navigate conflict and complexity with steadiness and presence.
- Honour boundaries and capacity, without losing purpose.
- Lead from connection, not from survival or reactivity.
These sessions offer a quiet space to slow down, reflect, and meet what leadership is asking of you — in your work, your relationships, and yourself. Together, we work not only with words, but with what your body holds and communicates.
Who these sessions are for
These mentoring sessions are for women in leadership, facilitation, and change-making roles who long to lead in ways that feel more sustainable, relational, and aligned — while staying connected to themselves in the process.
I work with leaders in values-driven, relational, and creative fields — people shaping culture and caring for others within their organizations. My focus is on those guiding with integrity and reflection, in ecosystems where depth, humanity, and sustainability matter.
Why embodied mentoring feels different
This is not performance coaching.
It is not about strategies or fixing.
It is about leadership that comes from the inside — the kind you can feel in your body.
Here is how this space is different:
We listen to your body, not just your words.
What you say matters — but so does what your body is saying underneath.
→ If you are talking through a big decision and your shoulders tighten or your breath gets shallow, we notice that together — and let it guide what matters most.
We stay with what most systems avoid.
Not everything needs to be solved right away. Some things need space.
→ If you feel pressure to always say yes or be available, we stay with the discomfort — and start to feel into what it is costing you.
We shift from pressure to real clarity.
You do not need to push through. Your body often knows more than the story in your head.
→ If you arrive exhausted, we listen to that — not as a problem to fix, but as something that might hold real truth about what you need.
I meet you human to human.
This is not a space for posturing. We meet in presence — mutual, relational, and deeply listening.
→ If you are sharing about disconnection in your team, we might gently notice how disconnected you feel from yourself — and explore what would help you come back to yourself.
This is not about doing more.
It is about returning to yourself — so your leadership feels like yours again.

When leadership feels quietly depleting
In this recent talk, I joined my colleague Katarina Hunter for a conversation about quiet burnout — how coping and high-functioning can silently drain leaders and disconnect them from themselves.
We explore how leadership can look steady on the outside while quietly burning you out on the inside, and what it takes to begin leading from a more embodied, sustainable place.
This talk gives you a sense of how I support women leaders 1:1 — meeting exhaustion and overwhelm gently, untangling old patterns of survival, and moving toward embodied wellbeing and sustainable, authentic leadership. It is a way to hear my voice and feel into this work before deciding if Embodied Leadership mentoring is right for you.
